Having participated to selling campaigns and scheduled meetings with buyers from partner companies made a great impact not only on sales goals but also on proactive collaboration between the parties. Brought Diesel underwear sales up from -40% to -8% in 3 months thanks to effective training to sales staff on seasonal collection, brand image and customer service. Evaluated and filled out weekly/monthly activities reports to monitor selling curve and taking strategic actions whenever needed. Managed independently self-time on a monthly basis according to store visits across London.
