Originally from Venezuela, I moved to Miami at 17 to pursue a career in Finance and Business at FIU. After a cancelled summer trip with friends, I decided it was time for a summer internship... and at 18, By Lilla hired me for the summer. I would pack orders, help around in general office necessities, and assist at trade shows around the US. I immediately fell in love with the brand and the amazing team behind it, and six years later, I am proud to be considered the Chief Operating Officer at By Lilla. We created bracelets that double as hair ties - something that didn't exist before us. Our amazing team of hard-working women in Colombia craft by hand every single piece, and we are committed to giving back to our community in as many ways possible.
