As Service Provider Manager my main responsibility is to help branch leadership create and maintain strong partnership with best in class service providers to serve our customers, protect our network, ensure compliance and grow our mutual business.

I had the honor to get enrolled in the Management Trainee Program. This program allowed me to focus my time on learning Expeditors' systems, products and services in a holistic manner, to develop leadership skills and learning Expeditors' global standards of excellence.

Responsible to drive the company’s permanent pursuit of operational efficiency and excellence by performing business process analysis and leding projects to apply innovative solutions on processes and systems.

Implemented the Integrated Supply Program at the customer’s sites in Nuevo Laredo. Facilitated communication and cooperation amongst customer’s contacts and the Wesco personnel. Was responsible for the replenishment of MRO materials and for driving the company’s efforts to reduce the total acquisition cost through negotiating with vendors and the continual search of new supply sources or improved technology

Main responsibility to quote and purchase direct and indirect materials for the plant located In Phoenix, AZ. Supervised the Customer Service and the Administration areas as well as the Receiving and Inventory Control areas.

Worked in several SAP roll out project in the Supply Chain management area for plants located in Monterrey, Mexico; Houston, Tx and Phoenix, Az.As Functional Analyst, I studied and mapped processes in place in demand planning, production control, inventory management and logistics, identified Gaps and issues in the SAP functionality and helped design solutions.Performed test runs, loaded Master data and trained users after the implementation of SAP.
