My team facilitated and processed about 20 Drive-Thru COVID-19 PCR Tests per day, as well as between 15-25 COVID-19 Vaccinations per day (among other vaccines). Between these two new features of our pharmacy, I continued to provide excellent information in-person and via phone, taught our patients how to administer their own COVID-19 tests, registered patients for tests and vaccines, and maintained proper documentation and records of our services. At the end of my time at Walgreens, I was also training to become the Inventory Specialist for my location, managing about $300,000 worth of prescription drug inventory via ordering, daily/annual counts, monthly expiration checks, and communicating with patients regarding back ordered/discontinued medications. I also directed a total reorganization of all drug locations in the pharmacy to improve workflow, accommodate the introduction of the new COVID-19 antivirals, and decrease the number of incorrectly "out of stocked" medications at my location. On top of providing BU Wheelock students, staff, and faculty with the necessary technology and support, I also supervised all student staff, coordinated scheduling for desk staff, troubleshot technology, reservation, and scheduling conflicts as they arose, and maintained the IMC website to ensure accurate information is available to the public.

The Instructional Materials Center provides BU Wheelock students, staff, and faculty with the technology, equipment, and support necessary for their educational or occupational needs. As student staff, I was tasked with managing reservations for equipment, answering questions and assist with setup/troubleshooting of room technology, and maintaining our meeting spaces to ensure they are clean and that our equipment is functioning properly.

As secretary of BU Wheelock Student Government, I coordinated with other members of StuGov to create meeting agendas, took notes at weekly meetings for future reference and to keep all members up-to-date, communicated with students, staff, and other student groups via the Student Government email account, and planned events for the BU Wheelock community, creating all promotional materials.

The Community Committee was created in Fall 2018 to help bring the former BU School of Education and the former Wheelock College communities together after the merger in June 2018. As one of the co-chairs, I facilitated weekly meetings with the Community Committee of BU Wheelock's Student Government and coordinated events for all BU Wheelock students including a formal at the end of the Spring 2019 semester.

As Co-President, I arranged monthly meetings for all BU Wheelock Dean's Hosts, coordinated volunteer events for each member of the group, and create/host our Open Houses/Admitted Students Day for prospective students and their families.
