Responsible for the development of strategies that seek to promote Chilean wine exports in three of the main exports destination for Chilean wines: United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Includes the development, execution, supervision of multi-market strategies / business plans and budget control of programs for more than 3.5 million US $, reporting directly to the commercial director of Wines of Chile.Among the responsibilities stands out the diagnosis of these markets, definition of strategy, design and implementation of promotion plans for each of the markets, as well as providing a permanent link between the wineries and the main gatekeepers. Achievements:• Formulated, managed and successfully delivered public projects such as Media Plan in USA / China / Brazil, Media Plan China, Promotion Campaign of the Chilean wine category in USA, Canada, United Kingdom and Hospitality.• Coordinated and executed the main events in the world of wine such as AWoCA, MMT, seminars, workshops.• Successfully fulfilled the tasks of budget preparation and control of the different campaigns.• Generated better information for decision-making through the preparation of studies and market reports on the situation and positioning of Chilean wine in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom, participating in the definition of terms of reference and coordinating / monitoring their correct execution.

Responsible for the execution of activities related to the department of studies and management control of the company and the fulfilment of activities and budget of the marketing program.Responsibilities included the diagnosis of markets, the analysis of export statistics, activities related to the supplier program, the search for alternative sources of financing, the execution of alternative programs to ProChile, among others. Directly involved in the strategic planning processes of the company and reports directly to the Managing Director of Wines of Chile.Achievements:• Was part of the committee that prepared the 2020 strategic plan for the wine industry, defining mission, vision, strategic objectives, priority markets, among others. • Participated in the identification of new sources of financing and in the development of initiatives that made it possible to leverage state resources to allocate them to the international promotion of Chilean wines. • Coordinated and executed the main events in the world of wine such as AWoCA, World Sommelier Contest, seminars, workshops. • Generated better information for decision-making through the preparation of 14 market studies on the situation and positioning of Chilean wine, participating in the definition of terms of reference and coordinating / monitoring their correct execution. • Formulated, managed and successfully delivered public projects such as Media Plan in USA / Brazil, Media Plan China, Positioning of Chile as Wine Tourism Destination. • Completed successfully during the last 4 years the budget preparation and control tasks of the organization.• Participated in the development and re-design of the website, interacting directly with designers and the team in charge.
