I am a marketer and business builder who drives change, embraces innovation and operates at the conflux of culture, creativity and community. I build teams, campaigns, partnerships and content that break through and drive success. Credited as a pioneer, I have overseen many marketing 'firsts' - but know that a big idea is only good if it drives desired results. I have worked with International Center of Photography, Fotografiska, Open Squash, The Shed, Autism Speaks, and Four Freedoms Park, among others. The Global CMO at BlackRock hired me to oversee the development of a Purpose platform and re-envision and re-launch Activation and Integration, transforming the overall marketing approach. I give back by mentoring young founders at several incubators.At Grey, I increased revenue 10X in my practices with clients including Volvo, The National Parks Foundation, The Whitney Museum, Canon and Coca Cola, delivering famous integrated work that was groundbreaking for the agency and our clients, and across categories. My group led big idea activations that won major awards across categories including dozens of Lions, Webbys, Pros, and more. Prior to Grey, as the founder of kbs’ Activation and PR practice, LIME, I drove $20 million in new revenue by leading my team to innovate for clients including Delta, Puma, Target and HBO. My teams have won over 200 creative and strategic awards including Lions in almost every category, Effies, Reggies, Webbys and Ex Awards, achieving many 'firsts-evers', including the first pop up in the US.
