B2B2C Global Marketing Manager
Current* Lead the B2B2C Marketing Strategy execution: Plan all MarCom activities at least one quarter in advance;* Lead Integrated Campaigns Plans against target achievements, focusing on digital media as hands on medium (Online Display - Programmatic Buying & Strategic Partnerships); * Coordinate multi-functional project teams (both internal and external) to ensure excellence in execution (initiative/ promotion/ pricing plan development, planning, execution and summarizing results/ learning): PR, SEM, Social Media, Creative, Implementation; * Plan, coordinate, implement and manage marketing campaign programs (marketing collaterals, direct marketing, multi-media, trade shows, web activities, sales and launch kits, social media, educational programs, etc.);* Develop effective metrics to track campaign ROI; communicate campaign ROI to relevant teams and make adjustments to future campaigns based on results;* Operate analytical tools and internal resource to ensure that campaigns are optimized and meet both individual and group goals;* Explain Key Performance Indicators and performance results to stakeholders;* Develop and maintain project timelines and status reports for campaigns, programs, and projects;* Manage external agencies/ partners for the production and delivery of creative materials and campaigns’ implementation
