You are what you do, not what you say you are going to do. This is the main idea that defines my actions. Since I arrived in Peru, after studying in California and working for almost three years in Shanghai - China, I have had the opportunity to lead teams of up to 250 people, and I have solved administrative, logistical, financial and legal problems for both, government institutions and private companies.This experience, together with my main values which are responsibility, honesty, empathy and communication, have allowed me to develop the capacity to plan, execute and supervise projects of all sizes as long as they meet my standards of viability and social responsibility; since I believe that we all have the ability to use our skills to generate a positive impact on our environment.I currently lead the educational project C.R.E.A.R. in partnership with global pioneers in the use of information technology to enhance educational quality and facilitate English language learning. Additionally, I drive healthcare access projects focused on strengthening primary care through advancements in telemedicine. All of this with the goal of contributing to a healthier, more empowered community.There is still much left to do. I am just starting.
