I work in all stages of Product Design: discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, delivery and follow-up with the development team. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, always closely aligned with marketing, product and development teams to find the best solutions. ENTXX: Development of the virtual event ENAFAM. Qualitative and quantitative research, benchmarking, meetings with stakeholders, journey map, navigation flows of the online event, data analysis. Work developed with the event agency ENTXX and Instituto Geração do Amanhã, organizer of the event. iBar: Case study for a real client, the canadian fintech iBar. As UX/UI designer, I was involved in all phases of the project: qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder interviews, development and validation of the personas, journey map, benchmarking, sitemap, wireframes, user testing, until the delivery of the final designs and high fidelity prototype.
