I have had a fulfilling 20 year career as a hairstylist, but the physical toll of working long hours on my feet started appearing, neck pain, shoulder pain, wrist issues. When my mom (58 years old) passed in 2007 from cancer, I found myself looking for healthier alternatives for myself and my family. This path led me to researching the importance of a healthy lifestyle and alternatives to promote better overall health. I began to learn how simple small changes in our daily routine could dramatically change our long term health. As I started implementing these small changes, I began noticing a huge difference in my digestion and how I felt. I learned so many valuable alternatives, that I had friends and family asking for tips for their personal health. Before I knew it, this personal lifestyle change was evolving into a new passion for me. In December of 2014 a close friend of mine shared an opportunity with me that aligned perfectly with my passion and my entrepreneurial spirit. A way to help others on their path to health simply by switching their daily cup of coffee.
