My role evolved on Marvel’s ‘What If’ to supervise the project’s Back End departments: 2D FX & 2D Animation, 3D FX & Character FX, Lighting and Compositing. The team comprised 24 artists in total.My role included liaising with the Front End Production Supervisor and Coordinators, making sure that the upstream departments are prioritising all the elements.

As my role progressed in this Marvel project, I started coordinating the Lighting and Comp departments, coordinating two teams of a total of 17 people. My role included checking in with the artists regularly and supporting them to make sure production targets were met. I was also running multiple daily reviews with the department supervisors, taking notes.

In this role, I provided production support in various tasks, such as daily/weekly reports, updating tracking documents and looking after the supervisors' calendar.I was also coordinating the Character FX team of three people, preparing and adjusting the schedule and ensuring all.
