My background is in education, coaching and the performing arts and I have worked with individuals as well as corporate and government sectors to deliver facilitation, training and coaching in Resilience, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Creativity. I am also a passionate musician and have toured and performed in Europe and Australia.

I have worked at the WEA since 1989. During that time I have created and delivered a wide range of courses and trained both on and off site. Courses I have run include: Business Communication, Train the Trainer, Writing Reports, Writing in Plain English, English for Speakers of Other Languages and various Music courses. More recently I have developed and delivered courses in Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Creativity.
