When I was taught about my Native culture growing up it made me proud to not only be an Algonquin Native from the biggest family in Abitibi Quebec but to also be a proud Canadian. I am a huge history buff, especially when it comes to my family and community. And being a perfectionist I have to finish and/or do everything I am set out to accomplish correctly. Of all the things I have tried to instill into my boys is "all that matters at the end of the day is that you can close your eyes and rest well becuse you have a clear conscious".
