Who I am: I am a lifelong learner, passionate about people and ready to embrace new and challenging endeavors in order to make the world a better place. What I have done: Throughout my career in international corporations such as Brahma (Ambev) and Citibank, and at World Vision, a global humanitarian organization, I have worked across sectors and across cultures, in blended environments, while leading, training and inspiring a variety of people to pursue audacious goals despite contextual limitations. My extensive traveling has exposed me to a variety of issues, while at the same time allowing me to dig more deeply into a few areas, including leadership, social interactions, people empowerment and innovation.What I do: My passion for helping people, and my previous assignments inspired me to take a new step forward. Today, I am a coach certified by ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute, an affiliate of ICF - International Coaching Federation. Basically, I coach and mentor people, helping them develop stronger skills to achieve great things for themselves, for those around them, for their organizations and for the world starting right where they are.Where I want to go from here: I am learning with a global community of peacebuilders, from different cultures and faiths, at the Conflict Transformation Program at the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding of the Eastern Mennonite University (EMU). My studies include Conflict Coaching, which enables me to help people and groups to solve problems in constructive, nonviolent ways.Visits to refugee camps and interfaith dialogue in the Middle East are helping me learn in loco how leaders deal with conflict, especially in complex contexts, and how they work together to promote justice and peace.
