My passion for technology and my education have been fundamental in my research work and a contribution to my entrepreneurship and projection in business. I studied a Master in International Business Management to expand my knowledge by understanding the environment and processes of an international company as well as the strategic decisions to internationalize a company.Before, I get my Bachelor Degree in Tourism and started working as an Instructor at the Faculty of Tourism of the University of Havana. While studying postgraduate courses, teaching and researching, I co-founded Sube, the first taxi application in Cuba, where I have managed operations and the business since 2018. One year after the first business I co-founded Mandao, a Food Delivery Service where I work as an operations consultant and product manager from the launch of the applications in 2020. In my 6 years of work experience I have been improving my skills in teamwork, leadership and problem solving. I have also learned in the use of tools to collaborative work and task and project management. At the same time, I have consolidated my skills in academic research by being the co-tutor of several investigations as part of my projects specialized in socioeconomic development of cities and technological entrepreneurship.Today I work as a Product Manager and Data Analyst at MissCar, a car sharing app for girls, leading the technical team to implement improvements in the operation and interface of the application as well as creating the conditions for the internationalization of the app.In addition, I work remotely as COO in Mandao, supervising the processes of the different departments to guarantee communication between them and the execution of tasks. I also analyze data reports and income statements for operational and strategic decision making.
