As the Chief of Operations and Finance (COF) I am responsible for providing inspirational leadership, motivation and operational direction especially in matters of finance, investments, property, human resources, information technology and communications. Further responsibilities include the provision of strategic leadership, planning & implementation; effective management and advocacy for the organisation; and advising the Managing Director/Board on high level matters of significance to the whole of the organisation.
