QMS is a boutique firm provider of audits and technology solutions to the mortgage banking industry. From overseeing the company operations, to managing the company's marketing, contracts, and sales efforts, my job is to make sure that we meet our revenue goals while keeping our operational costs and overhead low. Our company mission is always geared towards exceeding our clients' expectations while providing great customer service and analytical reports. Under my umbrella are also all fiscal responsibilities for the company while maintaining a culture of employee satisfaction and good team morale.I assist our clients with developing internal QC guidelines and methodologies to comply with investor and agency requirements. Under my leadership, our team developed a portal solution to improve the verification process required as part of the audits. I serve alongside Tommy Duncan in managing our off-shore operations and helping cast a vision as the company expands.QMiS Systems is a subsidiary of Quality Mortgage Services (QMS), a U.S. based company specializing in mortgage compliance and quality assurance audits and reviews. QMiS currently provides back office support to the mortgage banking industry with processes such as data entry, loan processing, file indexing, pre-funding quality control and more. In addition, QMiS provides programming support to our MARS proprietary software (Mortgage Analysis Review Software.)
