In 2019, she reprised this presentation with another juried talk and a supplemental discussion section. She has been accepted to speak again at SIGGRAPH 2020 in a Talk, "Making Time for Emotional Intelligence in Production and Technology," which aims to discuss common stressors and communication discomfort exacerbated by both remote work and COVID-19.Claudia has also volunteered with the Massive Collaborative Animation Project as a Project Manager. She has also volunteered with organizations like the Boys and Girls Club of America teaching children from a variety of ages how to make flip books, comics, and stop-motion animation.

During this process, I help my team facilitate testing of such new technologies and tools and facilitate the collection of feedback from end users. I have worked hard to develop concise, effective communication strategies to help manage organizational change and my distinct methodology helps my team explain complex technologies and the value they offer - while catering to diverse abilities and learning styles.
