In fact, I managed successful rationalization, eliminating 3 slow moving products from product portfolio with an annual savings of $500k.I’m confident negotiating, ensuring product at stock points and appropriate times to service end-customer requirements in cost-effective ways. Optimal purchasing decisions I base on supplier and customer contracts, situational information, and other available data from the supplier portfolio.
