Solution Analyst
Current- Conducting requirement gathering sessions to identify business process and user needs- Design comprehensive system solutions based on depth analysis of business requirements to meet user needs- Develop database designs to facilitate the developer team in creating integrated, optimal and structured systems- Collaborating with the project team to implement system designs, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives- Managing and coordinating job descriptions for each role using Jira to ensure tasks are completed on time- Create API documentation to facilitate developer teams in process integrating data- Create CRS documents to ensure system development alignment with user needs and facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and development teams
