Responsible for managing the Legal Department of the different businesses of ING Bank in Spain & Portugal (Retail and Wholesale banking and General Legal Affairs) and of giving advice to the Management Team.Secretary to the Executive Committee and to the Advisory Board of the Bank. Member of the Non financial Risk and KYC CommitteesResponsible for the Ombudsman function

• Responsible for a team of HR Business Partners that act as a single point of contact between HR and the business, offering advice and support in the execution of the global people agenda. Participate in creating and implementing an overall HR plan aligned with the business needs and strategy, establishing priorities and driving the people processes to ensure employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet the business standards.
Support management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy• Ensure effective performance management which supports and sustains a performance culture• Design, implementation and administration of the local compensation policy according to Group´s framework, market and regulatory requirements. Design and establishment of new reward systems (incentive plans, flexible compensation…). Management of all compensation and benefit programs in place.

•Labor Relations:Advice on legal solutions for employment and contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business requirements. Conflict solution. Liason between the Works Council and Management Committee, leading all negotiations. •Compensation & Benefits: Design and administration of local compensation policy and design and establishment of reward systems (incentive plans, flexible compensation…). Management of all compensation and benefit programs in place. •Organisation: Design of the organisational change polcy. Participate and advise in organisational changes. •Internal Communications: Set up the internal communications annual plan; definition of the internal communications strategy and media mix (intranet, newsletter, corporate social media…)• Design and implementation of the Performance Appraisal system and process
