Whilst working part time in retail whilst studying full time, I have gained experience working with KPI’s and targets, abiding by high customer service expectations which include; building rapport with customers, following up on customer questions and handling complaints in a positive and professional manner. I have administrative, cash handling and banking responsibilities as well as being a key holder for the store. I am regularly required to open and close the store alone as well as setting budgets and targets for the store throughout the day. Overall from my experience working at Max Fashions, I have developed a great skill for customer service and further developed my interpersonal skills.
