This company focuses on urban beauty, personal care, and lifestyle brands.As a HRGA, i am responsible for: • Assist Human Resources in carrying out internal projects (brainstorming, surveys, drafting concepts, planning, budgeting, execution and evaluation)• Manage and monitor links for Human Resource needs• Collaborate in handling employee engagement• Responsible for handling employee wellness• Assistance in developing employer branding strategies and execution• Assistance in the recruitment process (uploading job vacancies, sorting CVs, conducting candidate interviews, and responsible for candidate onboarding)• Assist General Affair in carrying out several activities such as looking for vendors, collecting data, pantry needs, and office stationery

PhinCon offers Technology (IT) consulting and services specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Middleware, HumanResources (HR), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Big Data, as well as other services.As a Recruiter, i am responsible of (especially resource & recruitment) :• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, psikotes, interviewing, and onboarding• Collaborate assessment and interviewing to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture• Responsible for interview schedules (general or user) and candidate psychological tests• Conducting & Approaching to candidates by phone as the initial recruitment stage/Interview • Responsible on doing end-to-end recruitment processed• Handle conduct psikotes manually or systemically• Successfully conduct at least 100+ candidates for 1 month• Successfully conduct to the tune of around 600+ candidates for 6 months

Friendscarecommunity is a community that handles the mental health of Binus University students and improves well-being for Binus students who have disabilities by providing peer counselors and peer partners. As a Peer Counselor, i am responsible for :• Building awareness about mental health issues through sharing session• Be a partner to share stories with fellow Binus Students• Sucessfully help students with mild mental health problems at least 2 client every month

HIMPSIKO (Himpunan Mahasiswa Psikologi) is one of the HMJ (Department Student Associations), with the aim of accommodating the activities of undergraduate students in the Psychology Department of BINUS.As a Head of BKO, i am responsible for : • Organized all activities and meetings the departement • Managed a team of 9 activities to execute all of the plans and events• Guide and assist the entire plan of the BKO work program includes 6 communities consist of psydance, anima musika, mading, psymonity, basketball, and soccer• Provide evaluation and feedback all the event on HIMPSIKO• Recruite and short interview nearly 10+ candidates, especially from psychology major• Responsibility for activities related to the arts

I learn how to organize and manage students or human resources in fulfilling assignments. This is influenced because FL is taken tasked with assisting new students in preparing for lectures. FL is focused on assiting students in doing assignments on campus, introducing process and providing new experiences for new students on the lecture learning process.
