As well as, developing and delivering a global recruitment strategy and processes. Business Development: Responsible for strategy and client retention globally. Responsible for the coordination of all activities relating to business development to new and current clients from initial sales strategy planning to post award. Also included client meetings across the Nordic region, representing the company alongside the CEO at industry events and interacting with internal operations personnel, keeping track of study status for all projects with sponsors.

Responsible for recruitment activities in the Nordics, UK and US for the CDS and SRS division. As well as taking a lead on improvement and implementation of new recruitment and HR processes, as well as training the internal global recruitment team and the management team on new procedures. Key tasks included job intakes with hiring managers, writing engaging job adverts, assisting and coaching Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process, developing recruitment strategy and planning, identification of candidates via headhunting, social media and networking, managing candidates before, during and after the recruitment process, conducting HR interviews with candidates, presenting offers and negotiating candidate contracts as well as and taking verbal references and communicating feedback to Hiring Managers.Additional responsibilities: Was the appointed LinkedIn contact for TFS globally, co-development of marketing material for employer branding and leading projects on improvements within internal recruitment, recruitment tools and streamlining and developing processes that have been implemented globally. I also led global calls with key sponsors, and for specific processes internally in HR. And stood in for the Recruitment Director when the team was “between” Managers.

In addition, I was appointed to develop training courses and teach internationally on recruitment, headhunting and effective candidate management within DOCS, and also participate in large international sponsor recruitment projects.
