From an early age, I was encouraged to understand the world from the standpoint of knowledge, read scenarios and people, and to overcome obstacles. This combination shaped my way of living and looking at life, and therefore, I became an expert in transformation processes, life and career project design, and protagonism at work.My career portfolio includes acting as a coach, executive and career coach, speaker, teacher, and mentor of people, groups and organizations, remotely and in person.In 2010 I set up Argumentare, a consulting firm.
