Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation: reviewed patient charts and documentation, and saw a caseload of 6-7 patients per day. Assisted with treatment for paraplegic, stroke, spinal cord, and post Covid patients, and performed strength training and endurance activities. Provided daily patient progress documentation, and collaborated with and observed PTs and PTAs to ensure high quality patient care.
