Ms. Lima is a seasoned finance professional focused on Triple-Bottom Line investments that produce positive economic, social and environmental returns for lenders, investors, stakeholders, and communities across diverse markets.Ms. Lima started her career at Prudential where she held various professional licenses. She has extensive background in financing of community development, economic development and revitalization activities. Throughout her career, she has helped develop sophisticated financing structures for real estate projects utilizing capital vehicles that promote revitalization and wealth building. She has worked for large regional banks, some of the largest Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) in the country, as well as a prominent real estate developer of community facilities and affordable housing. Ms. Lima has extensive experience with tax credits (LIHTC, NMTC, Historical, Solar, Energy), bond financing (taxable and tax-exempt), municipal soft subsidies, as well as private equity funds for affordable housing, commercial real estate and community facilities. She received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business; a Masters degree in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University and completed the USC Ross Program in Real Estate. Ms. Lima serves on the boards of the Southern California Leadership Council of Enterprise Community Partners, Holos Communities (formerly Clifford Beers Housing) and CWCLA Support Corporation.
