I am proud to combine my two professional passions: business administration and human services. I have become a resourceful and knowledgeable clinical coordinator with more than 14 years of experience in the administrative field and seven years of professional experience in behavioral health. I also pride myself on being cultural competence, bicultural fluent in English and Spanish, and with strong community and family values. I am always looking for new challenges and new learning. I like to participate in teams that seek excellence and go further. There is always room for improvement, and I truly believe education is the key to success. I have proudly exceeded productivity metrics for three years in a row. Over the past four years, I have helped La Frontera-Empact improve the patient experience and the quality of services by peer coaching and fomenting work ethic. I also have participated in the incorporation of a new non-profit organization, Well Fair Care International, where I have helped develop the policies and procedures and managed to obtain the licensing of the outpatient treatment center.
