• Managed a highly complex wealth management program consisting of multiple projects with significant impact on firm-wide business processes and technology. Drove a comprehensive set of strategic initiatives across numerous business lines to lay the foundation for a target state wealth management platform, including portfolio model management, client performance, and product catalog.• Reduced costs by monitoring budgets, including $7 million annual wealth management foundational spend and $3 million in integrations to comply with DOL regulations. • Reduced costs of third-party data (e.g., Morningstar) by developing a product catalog/instrument database as the access point for order entry and model management. The tool allowed users to compare, search, and screen financial product information, fact sheets, analytics, and research before speaking with a client, submitting an order, or creating a model management proposal.• Reduced firm risk through continuous assessments, including identifying key risk factors, providing effective mitigation strategies, and assigning contingency action plans to schedules and budgets.
