Entomovis aims to bring insects on dinner tables, one bug at a time. The idea is to provide Western consumers with the knowledge needed to approach insects as a food ingredient, promoting the benefits of introducing insects in our diets and showing how they can be included in everyday recipes.

Within the framework of my Master's studies in Applied Cultural analysis, and in collaboration with the Healthy Marketing Team, I did ethnographic research on the daily challenges of startup companies.Specifically, I focused on how startups bridge from an initial phase of product development to building a brand identity. The research lead to an implementation of the tools that the Healthy Marketing Team could offer as part of their consultancy services.
