I am general manager of the Faith in the Future Program, a human development program focused on the social impact of women heads of families in a vulnerable situation. The Faith in the Future Program started as an assistance initiative, albeit of great relevance in the territory where it is developed and today it works to contribute to social transformation, through the training and the development of awareness about productive capacity, citizenship, rights and duties. The program was created by me and has the support of a multidisciplinary team formed by social worker and pedagogues for the planning and development of all activities. The Faith in the Future Program directly impacts 50 families per year and has already contributed to the social promotion of thousands of vulnerable people.

Together with the partners of Luna Empathy Lab, we developed different methodologies for the study of human behavior for different brands in different categories in Brazil and in other countries in Asia and Latin America.

I started at FCB overseeing large accounts from different categories such as Sendas Group (retail), CCAA Group (education) and Disney and Sony Pictures (entertainment). My ability to accomplish, my disposal to keep learning and my capacity to establish an excellent relationship with customers and the internal team made me grow in the company to the position of General Account Director, acting in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and leading teams in Brazil and in Latin America.Highlights:- I head a culture change where the account team played the role of Business Manager, where each customer was no longer an advertising account, but a business unit with specific and well defined goals.- I brought to the team a sustainable look, seeking in each communication plan opportunities to develop positive social impact projects that also contribute to the reputation of the brands.- I upgraded the interaction between departments through a workflow that allowed in practice a collaborative work between the account, planning, media and creation teams.- I coordinated the FCB Rio unit, with emphasis on financial management and seeking business and development opportunities.

I headed the design and implementation stages of promotional projects for different clients, such as L’Oréal, Stafford-miller e Smithkline Beecham, translating the brand concept of these clients into opportunities able to generate profit and reputation for their brands.
