I have over 25 years of experience in communication and marketing and during this period I had the opportunity to develop business plans for national and international brands, lead teams in Brazil and Latin America and coordinate the business unit operation of the company where I had worked. But perhaps, my most important role during this entire period was to be a social entrepreneur.For the past 30 years, I have been working on human development programs. It started as a personal project and brought a lot of learning at a time when sustainability was not so well known.I studied the theme and developed the Faith in the Future Program. Today, I run this social impact program that empowers vulnerable women in Baixada Fluminense (Rio de Janeiro).I really believe that my experience as a communication executive and my trajectory as a social entrepreneur brought me the main skills to act efficiently as a sustainability consultant, identifying opportunities for my clients and improving their brands and business performance through socio-environmental initiatives .I sincerely believe that more than possible, conducting business in a sustainable way will be the only path to guarantee the success of companies in the near future.Graduated in Social Communication from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, postgraduate in Sustainability Management Program from Fundação Dom Cabral and postgraduate in Economics and Sustainability Management from the Institute of Economics of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, I am the happy mother of a lovely young woman, very interested in studying and creating models and processes for the development of positive impact projects that allow the emergence of better companies in a better world.
