My position as Director of Faith Formation at Saint Mary Our Lady of Grace entails planning, organizing and providing religious education and life-long faith formation programs for children from kindergarten through eighth grade and adults in the parish and surrounding community. I also manage the parish Facebook Page and provide training to catechists.I have advanced training in educational technology and am a contributing founder of Digital Discipleship Boot Camp, an online learning program to help train parish and Catholic school leaders to integrate technology in their ministries. During that time, I taught three- to five-year-old children music and movement in a challenging college preparatory environment. I also served as assistant to the Head of Early Childhood, providing clerical support.I am a commissioned lay minister in the Diocese of St. Petersburg, FL, through the Lay Pastoral Ministry Institute and have been actively engaged in parish ministry for twenty-five years. Some of the areas in which I have served include faith formation, RCIA, Bible Study, outreach to inactive Catholics, pastoral council, music ministry, Vacation Bible School, ministry for the Other-Abled (adults with special needs) and digital discipleship ministry.
