- Develop the marketing strategy and actions planned for the short and long term.- Establish the annual European marketing budget.- Design and implement calendar of events, conferences and promotional actions that contribute to the positioning of the brand and sales increase.- Supervise the implementation of the marketing strategy through regular meetings in the different offices and attendance of the regional events. Support the sales department in everything they need to increase sales and customer satisfaction.- Continuously analyse the market, sector trends and competitive activities, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.- Define the strategy of the brand in social networks and manage all the opportune tools to create brand awareness.

-Formulation and execution of the online and offline marketing plan including: action plans, benchmarking, kpi's, sales analysis.-Production of reports for the management team, the commercial team and independant agents.

-Creation of a distribution channel (new branch of the Company) including these responsabilities: responsible for the project's oversight and settlement of its internal and external processes. -Negotiation with suppliers: entry conditions to the supply channel and products to market.-Draft and implementation of the online and offline marketing plan (including CRM, SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies)-Strategy location and creation of the Sales points. -Web strategy design and usability.

-Development and implementation of the online (Social Media, SEO, SEM, CRM) and offline marketing plan.-Writing press releases, being the link between all the media and the company.-Renovating it’s newspaper "NEXO" which is sent to more than 9.000 users (change of name, content, design.-Creating the monthly activities marketing calendar.-Running the communication’s team as well as the social media-Creating a newsletter "CONECTA2", content and design.

-Dealing with Managers of the main Food Channel Brands in order to assure correct implementation of the agreements reached by the Key Account Managers.-Stimulating and achieving new commercial agreements with such Food Chain Brands.

-Estímulo de la organización y realización de eventos de promoción de la compañía, tanto de imagen de marca, como de lanzamiento de nuevos productos.-Desarrollo y ampliación de métodos y tácticas para el alcance de los objetivos de la empresa y eventos de temporada.-Aumento del alcance de la compañía y su cuota de mercado a través de nuevos proyectos.

Prácticas en campaña electoral, Elecciones Regionales - España-Redactar parte del programa electoral (instituciones).-Preparar respuestas y contraargumentos para los debates del candidato.

-Responder cuestiones de derecho marítimo para los clientes del despacho.-Redactar contratos mercantiles y de otro carácter.-Asistir a clientes internacionales en inglés y en francés, manteniendo comunicaciones regulares con el despacho y terceras partes.-Seguimiento de casos de derecho procesal civil, puntualizar notificaciones, agendar casos, escribir demandas y contestaciones a demandas y manejar concursos de acreedores.-Colaborar con el socio director en casos de arbitraje internacional.
