Responsibilities include:- Management of Social Media Platforms for Meals on Wheels NSW including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and YouTube channel.- Management of Skilled Volunteer who creates and contributes to 26 Service Facebook pages.- Website content creation and upload.- Friends of Meals on Wheels community email newsletter content and send.- Contributor of articles to publications circulated to the service membership.- Providing guidance and marketing support to the membership consisting of 155 services across NSW.- Management of Skilled Videographer volunteer who is developing a video library showcasing the things we do that are 'more than just a meal' - real stories from the service membership.- Cuppa for a Cause - inaugural fundraising event for Meals on Wheels NSW, and continuation annually.

Role comprised of management, marketing and sourcing of an office products and craft portfolio (general consumer and professional). Main Focus was to resource existing products within range to achieve cost savings, and to consolidate supply for freight benefits, while at the same time, developing new products for the Australian market which could then filter through to Asia Pacific markets. Responsible for the marketing function of product portfolio. Westfield Visa Card and Reward Program:• Coordination of the closedown of the Westfield Visa Card and Reward Program, whilst maintaining the loyalty program until closedown date• Writing newsletters, implementing staff training manuals, drafting customer and retailer correspondence for a database cardholders, reward partners and retailers• Preparing and executing closedown plan for cardholders, retailers and Westfield staff• Manage all incoming customer enquiries with relation to new memberships/issues with the card and rewards program• Dispute resolution between stakeholders2.
