Claudia has thirty years of experience working with individuals, teams & organizations in developmental, strategic, educational and training capacities. She is a Master Practitioner with EMCC Global and has extensive experience in developmental assessments. She is a Graduate of the Master of Applied Coaching at Sydney University and Solution Focused Business Professional from The University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Her work and expertise in Coaching led her to sit on the board of The International Coaching Federation Australasia (ICFA). Claudia has extensive experience in the interrelated disciplines of Coaching & Positive Psychology and has spoken at many National and International Conferences about their integration. She has a work history spanning Education (Early Childhood – Tertiary), Corporate settings, Finance, Health, Government and Not for Profit. She is passionate about developing potential through strengths & positive mindsets, particularly in educational domains. As a former School Counsellor, Claudia has an in-depth knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within educational settings and has worked with Directors, Leaders, Teachers, Students and Parents, focusing specifically on how to create flourishing learning environments through an integrated approach using both Coaching and Positive Psychology. Claudia is currently a Director for Growth Coaching International.
