Claudia has thirty years of experience working with individuals, teams & organizations in developmental, strategic, educational and training capacities. She is a Master Practitioner with EMCC Global and has extensive experience in developmental assessments. She is a Graduate of the Master of Applied Coaching at Sydney University and Solution Focused Business Professional from The University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Her work and expertise in Coaching led her to sit on the board of The International Coaching Federation Australasia (ICFA). Claudia has extensive experience in the interrelated disciplines of Coaching & Positive Psychology and has spoken at many National and International Conferences about their integration.
