With more than 28 years of professional experience in general management, sales ,marketing ,retail, consumer goods companies & financial services sectors.A passionate about different sectors, i have never been afraid of moving to different industries, and led C level positions in companies like Kodak in Brasil and Latin America, Unibanco, BankBoston, Grupo Pão de Açucar, Brasil Foods and Gol Linhas Aéreas. For more than 8 years I led Abrakidabra in Brazil, a company focused on educational products for children.Since 2008 I have advocated for gender equality and was co founder of WCD -Women Corporate Board - chapter Brazil back in 2009. Today the entity holds more than 300 women participants. I have been serving as an Independent Board Member for the last 6 years being a certified independent board member by IBGC (Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa) and BI International. Also a member of the Strategy Committee at IBGC.
