Brought on board as a consultant and successfully led a team of over 20 IT employees to integrate more than 65 new customers into the company’s ERP system - the second largest initiative in the company resulting from two of the latest B/E’s acquisitions. • Integrated more than 15 new customers into complex sales and inventory management processes, and 40 plus customers into standard sales contracts. The project focused on the implementation of operations (touching receiving and storage, order processing and shipping, inventory management) and accounting requirements, leading to new and enhanced automated processes in these areas • Improved warehouse product tracking and order processing time by implementing key company projects of smaller scale.
