As a highly collaborative researcher, I am excited to be a part of West Monroe’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice as a consultant aligned to the Health Payer segment. With a background in public health and behavioral sciences, I am eager to enhance my knowledge of the health payer industry and grow in my confidence through supporting a variety of internal and client-facing initiatives.My previous research experiences include subjects surrounding health disparities in maternal health outcomes and parental leave policies, intimate partner violence and decision-making processes under the influence of alcohol, as well as solicitation of feedback from patients and clinicians on disease experiences and symptom monitoring to inform technological development aiming to manage disease information tracking. I am particularly interested in informing health policy and payer decision making through qualitative data extraction and industry research.
