In DDOT's goDCgo brand (June 2016-June 2016) I created a process that efficiently allows DC developers and property managers to purchase and distribute Capital Bikeshare annual memberships to residents as an amenity or to meet site plan requirements. I conducted training sessions to assist developers and property managers to assist in meeting transportation demand management site plan requirements. I wrote newsletters for property managers and created customized transportation guides to be shared with prospective and new residents. I presented comprehensive transit information to audiences of concierges, property managers, and employers whose staff are new residents to the city, and frequently host events at apartment buildings to further promote intelligent options to residents.
