I am an accredited executive, leadership and team coach and I work with managers and teams in organisations. My specialisation is the development of leadership behaviours on all levels of an organisation with a view to increase pro-activity, awareness about impact and improved communication and relationship building skills. A guiding principle in my work is to empower individuals and teams so that instead of simply reacting to circumstances, people start to create, actively lead and influence positive change in their organisations and lives, regardless of position or hierarchy levels.My career has spanned over 15 years with a wide range of international experience from consumer goods marketing and international recruitment at L'OREAL to recruitment and international HR Management in the finance industry. It was a true passion for the people in the workplace that led me to move into HR many years ago - and ultimately into wanting to become a coach. Throughout my career, I have been acting as sounding board and coach to international teams and executives on all levels in fast-changing corporate environments and I have been faced with many of the same challenges that leaders and managers are confronted with today.I completed my coach training and certification with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the world´s largest coach training school and one of the few accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Other certifications include: certified team coach with TCI (Team Coaching International) using the Team DiagnosticTM assessment methodology; certified consultant The Leadership Circle Profile & Culture Survey; certified coach using the Process Communication Model (PCM); authorized MBTI I facilitator.I work internationally - in German, French or English - with individuals and teams - via their organisations or privately - in person, over the phone or Skype - by myself, or I partner with other companies or coaches on a project basis.
