Mindfulness - MBSR - Coaching - Hypnosis> My Website: www.claudiahole.de I am experienced Coach, Mindfulness / MBSR Trainer and HR professional with a passion for mindfulness, coaching and personnel development. Since November 2021 I work as an educational consultant in the academy of the foundation "Liebenau", a social company caring for people who need special kind of assistance.Besides my part-time job in the Academy, I work on a self-employed base as a systemic coach and mindfulness trainer, in particular related with the topics of stress and burnout prevention and I provide counselling for people in difficult life situations. I have a MBSR teacher certificate and offer trainings both for private people and the business sector.My friends and colleagues describe me as an human, open and innovative person, genuinely interested in people, their wellbeing and development. Besides mindfulness, I am interested in many other topics such as sustainability & the protection of our environment, sociology, politics, psychology and neuroscience. I am always open to share and I like to learn from each other.In my private life, I am a sportive person very close to nature and I love to spend time outdoors, especially in the forest and in the mountains. In June 2021 I moved back to my hometown Ravensburg, where I live together with my husband and my two cats.
