As part of Zara Beauty Department, responsible for sales planning and performance assessment for the international Perfume and Makeup business. In charge of sale and pricing and lead for strategy and annual planning, by country and by category.

Reporting directly to Latin America Finance & Operations Vice President. Main responsibilities include overseeing closing, reporting, forecasting and consolidation for the Latin America region. Leading financial and business analysis for top executives in the organization. Acting as a key player in process improvement and as a liaison between local teams (Brazil, Mexico) and parent companies (US, France). Very demanding, fast paced work environment, supporting growth and control of a new operation.

Reporting directly to the Latin America finance manager in New York and assisting the finance and administrative teams in the subsidiaries (Mexico and Argentina).- Monthly sales report (local and consolidated) responsible.- Preparation of the budget meetings and annual board presentations.- Financial analysis tools and templates revamping (quarterly closing P&L and KPI analysis, stock analysis and depreciation, budgeting, communication costs follow-up).- Physical inventory control (Mexico and Argentina).- Advanced user of Cegid, Magnitude, Excel (macros) and Access.
