With over 15 years of experience in marketing communications, I am passionate about driving change and coaching people in global organizations. In the past four years, I have been working with companies in transformation projects related to SAP S/4 Hana, Oracle, Workday etc. and specially in stakeholder management.As a certified coach by iPEC, I also offer executive and personal coaching services to help individuals and teams achieve their goals, develop their potential, and overcome their challenges. I have a special interest in psychology and in renewable energy and circular economy, which led me to win the Innovation Week Fluidra 2019 with a project on this topic. I am fluent in Spanish, German and English, and I have lived and worked in different countries, including Germany, UK, China, Peru and now the Netherlands.
