During the summer of my junior year, I formed part of the development team for DREAM (formerly known as Harlem RBI). As the Special Events Intern I was assigned a project for the summer which was to plan, research, and ultimately execute their annual summer event known as Championship Day. Along with Championship Day, I assisted in the preparations for two DREAM graduations (eighth grade and high school). I was also tasked with researching potential sponsors for our Diamond Ball event in the fall.

I became a marketing intern for UMass Athletics during my junior year. Our main duties consisted of:-Game day event operations for all sports, including Olympic sports.-Distributing flyers and over 100 marketing materials throughout campus in order to promote UMass Athletics-Increasing fan satisfaction by distributing UMass merchandise through giveaway tables on game days-Partnering with interns to endorse games through social media by providing live score updates

Dominican Republic

During the course of my internship with the professional baseball team in Santo Domingo, Club Atlético Licey, I was able to work on projects such as creating a Snapchat account for the team and creating a plan to market the team to a younger demographic. I was also tasked with organizing practices for the team and assisting members from the Dominican Prospect League in their Advanced Baseball Learning Center Seminar during which I did extensive research on scouting in the Dominican Republic.

Dominican Republic

As an intern for the MLB office in the Dominican Republic I worked alongside personnel from various departments such as operations, education, and finance. Revised the official translated Trainer Manual of the MLB. This required extensive research of the rules, regulations, and terms related to the game of baseball in order to elaborate a clear and correct translation.Collaborated with the RBI Tournament held at the Mets Training Academy in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic. During this event I assisted the Puerto Rican Junior National Team, mainly by recording the pitch count throughout the competition.
