● Develop and implement a company relations strategy to promote agency between companies in current or new destinations.● Develop and maintain relationships with Human Resources/Management at partner companies.● Provide support to the operations team, including screening potential companies, scheduling interviews, or resolving potential issues in current processes.● Track and analyze department metrics to identify areas for improvement.● Identify and expand partnerships with companies in new destinations/programs.● Responsible for training new department team members and ensuring that the process is carried out in accordance with company standards (customer service, timing, etc.).● Ensure that sufficient vacancies are opened promptly and that vacancy rotation is frequent.● Responsible for sending quarterly reports to companies on current interns/feedback.● Responsible for visiting or coordinating semi-annual or quarterly visits to current candidates in the program.● Able to resolve issues that may arise throughout the process (face to face with candidates, parents and university coordinators).● Responsible for ensuring that communication between departments is carried out efficiently.● Responsible for developing follow-up before, during and after the internship; and connect it to a second program.
