Reporting to the Commercial Director Europe, I lead on the growth on RICS in Italy championing brand awareness and adoption of relevant International, Professional and Technical Standards by developing a market strategy that identifies relevant stakeholders (government, investors, banks, developers, educational alliances) ensuring the delivering of effective and meaningful propositions.• Identify, build and manage relationships with key influencers / government bodies in Italy• To actively engage with colleagues across the EMEA Region to jointly develop a sales plan/opportunity pipeline including key account strategies for stakeholders that operate internationally.• To engage with industry leadership panels in identified sectors to create a constant inflow of the latest market insights and intelligence.• To engage with the Country/Regional Board on the implementation of RICS global strategy locally.• To act as a speaker on RICS Strategies/Thought Leadership at relevant events.

As Associate Partner oversees the Project management of large Customers contracts for organizational and management projects in Real Estate, technical & administrative Due diligence, coordination of HSE and fire prevention training area, Certified HSE Trainer. Quality certification ISO 9001-20015. Main clients: Auchan Group, Prelios, Serenissima SGR.

Reporting to the CEO Italy - functional reporting to the Corporate Clients Division in Lodon. Supplier fleet of 50 significant suppliers - Volume of purchased goods and services over 10 mio€.Creation and coordination of multifunctional teams, composed by both direct ISS personnel and outsourced staff, for the transition, implementation and management of Integrated Facility Services by the Italian sites of international Clients, directly contracted at Corporate level by the ISS Corporate Client Division. Primary interface between the Management and the operating teams of both Client and ISS, at Corporate and local level, for projects implementation in Italy.Management of a team of 3 buyers and 3 administrators for hard & soft services and materials to support ISS direct and indirect services provisioning. Main achievements and experiences:-Analysis of existing suppliers contracts and service delivery model of local Customer organization and design of the new Integrated Facility Services model to be implemented in accordance with t the signed International Global Agreement and the local Customer's requirements.- Definition of the local services delivery model together with the local Customer Management and establishment of the ISS services delivery & management team, also through the transfer of staff from the local Customer's organization to ISS Italy.- Conduction of commercial negotiations with both Customer and ISS Management and Legal Departments at Corporate and Italian level, for the definition of the Local Global Service Contract according to the guidelines of the International Contract, adapted to the Italian law and to the locally agreed operating and economic model. Main contracts executed in the function: - Global Service contract for Barclays Bank : 2 mains sites in Milano and 350 branches in Italy, contractual value 7 mio€,- Global Service contract for Heinz (Plasmon): 2 production sites in Italy, contractual value 4 mio€.

Technical, administrative and strategic consulting for a significant Customers portfolio composed by real estate Funds, distribution and large retailers Companies, to support their properties maintenance and valorisation targets. Main supported clients: Auchan Group, Benetton Group, Fondamenta SGR.

Reporting to the Managing Director Spain, Portugal and Italy Technical and administrative management, monitoring and development of an income Retail real estate portfolio for a total GLA of 20,000 sqm and a market value of about 70 mio€.Relationships with with lessees (primary international retailers such as H&M, Media World, Virgin Active).Technical and administrative evaluation of new investment opportunities and conduction of due diligences during the acquisition and divestment of propertiesMain achievements and experiences:- Real estate investment valuation techniques and long term investment return calculation - discount cash flow- evaluation of administrative aspects of commercial licenses (zoning, environment, administation) for retail properties investments. - asset management, redevelopment and marketing of commercial properties

Reporting to the Group Managing DirectorStart-up and management of the Property & Facility Division and Purchasing for delivery throughout the National territory of Facility & maintenance services, Global Service and Property management for organizations, companies, banks, hospitals, investment funds and private investors.Main achievements and experiences:- Management of a team of 39 people including call center operators, property and facility operators, area managers, service managers, technicians, buyers for materials and subcontractored services, operators for work-orders administration.- Definition of the division triennial business plan and yearly budget (around 4 mio€ value)- Implementation of the ERP and DSS systems to run the area and the projects

Reporting to the Purchasing DirectorSupplier fleet of 300 significant suppliers - Volume of purchased goods and services over 70 mio€Management of the services purchasing team composed of 3 professional buyers and 2 assistants for purchasing of general services, industrial services, information technology , marketing & communication services directed to the Milan-based headquarters, five production plants, 160 commercial offices and 6 offices abroad. Set-up of the Facility Management Department, not yet existing in the Company, by integrating the general services and services purchasing functions.
