My flields of practice currently include, but are not limited to: - > Property law - this includes property transfers and endorsements, dispute resolution and drafting of various contracts, including Offers to Purchase, Lease Agreements, etc.> Wills - I am able to assit with the drafting and updating of last wills and testaments. I regularily advise on estate planning, including whether or not it would be benefical to set up a trust, and if so, what kind of trust. I also assist other attorneys, who are not specialised in estate law, with queries and opinions on disputes and technical irregularities. I am currently completing my Master degree at the University of Pretoria on Estate Law.> Administration of deceased estates - my firm and I will see to the winding up a deceased estate and attend to all the relevant administrative requirements.> Family law in general - this includes the drafting and registration of antenuptial contracts, as well as the institution of divorce proceedings for our clients.> General litigation

Working at Kleynhans Attorneys taught me the importance of proper and regular reporting to my clients. I learnt to be meticulous with the thousands of matters I was attending to on a monthly basis and understood that information is key. This resulted in me developing various systems to promote fast and accurate reporting to clients on a monthly basis.I wrote and passed the Conveyancing exam whilst in the employ of Karno Kleynhans, who subsequently gave me the opportunity to start a Conveyancing department within the firm. This ultimately led to my love of conveyancing, which now forms a major part of the work I do at my own firm, Steinert Moodley Attorneys.This is also where the my interest in the Administration of Deceased Estates began. I attended many seminars, courses and programs through various institutions over the years at Kleynhans Attorneys, and am currently completing my Masters at the University of Pretoria on Deceased Estates and Trust Law.

This is where I was first exposed to Conveyancing and Property Law. I worked closely with my Principal who was extremely generous with his time and knowledge and who ensured that I learned as much from him and the other partners in the law firm, as possible.
