My path to becoming a career coach began with my own ambition to succeed. I was the first in my family to graduate college and felt immense pressure to launch a prosperous career. Despite doing “everything right” - strong grades, coveted internships, etc. - I struggled a lot in landing my first job out of college after months of tireless searching.I knew then that raw talent wasn’t enough. I needed to invest in strategic career mapping and selling. What followed was my hero’s journey: through trial and error, I taught myself how to ace interviews, negotiate enviable salaries, and confidently navigate promotions over several years and companies. Each pivot brought over $30K raises as I hacked networking, personal branding, and unlocking my value. In sharing my playbook, I found kindred spirits. My ideal clients remind me of my self - ambitious, driven leaders who know they’re destined for more but lack the blueprint to manifest it. Together, we channel this hunger into tailored game plans, relying on business principles to elevate their careers. The transformation stories fuel me. A client, new single mom, was constantly overlooked despite her capabilities. We rewrote her resume until interviews poured from sought after companies, even expediting offers to secure her. She doubled her salary and they offered to pay her tuition for her MBA that will unlock upper management. Another client pioneered industry-disrupting algorithms for over a decade without equivalent titles or compensation. We rectified this inequity, elevating her salary by 40%+ along with grooming for directorship. My mission remains unchanged: empowering talented women to claim the prosperity and leadership roles they richly deserve while getting paid what they deserve.-------------------------------INTERESTED IN:-Speaking Opportunities-Facilitate Workshops-Interviews/Features-Podcast-----------------------------------Website: https://www.claudiatmiller.com/ To book Claudia for speaking events email hello@claudiatmiller.com.HUB Certified
