Communicating with project participants and partners in Florida and remote locations, e.g., Panama. Arranging for meetings, e-meetings (including VTC), and all travel arrangements. Managing e-correspondence, project calendar, and project reporting documentation. Managing the project web site(s). Assisting with the preparation of presentations, and event planning. Office of Museum TechnoloAssisting the webmaster in all aspects of web site design using CSS, HTML4, HTML5, Java Script and JQuery. Performing daily website maintenance, and developing new pages for museum related events. Additionally, developing graphic design concepts, enhancing social media communications, email marketing strategies (Mailchimp) and development. This position requires the ability to multitask, communicate and coordinate projects with multiple departments such as marketing, education, exhibits and public programs, the public, and scientists. In adition, the position requires an understanding of scientific research (biological and archaeological) and the ability to present scientific material online to a non-scientific community.

Processed international students admissions, handled confidential documents (credit cards, passports, and social security numbers), and translated immigration documents. Provided academic advice to approximately 450 students, and general administration duties including academic and financial guidance for prospective students. Provided initial credential evaluations for international students regarding the usage of Foreign Education Credential Evaluators, like WES, and consulted AACRAO (American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers) resources regarding credentials evaluation.
