I managed a beautiful Eco-lodge on the Garden Route, South Africa. In addition to everyday management of the Lodge, I co-ordinated and trained the high turn-over of volunteers, developed a computerised system for the bar and helped organise the lodge for South Africa’s annual Permaculture festival.
